AREVA GmbH Honored for Commitment in Corporate Health Management

AREVA GmbH has again received the award “Company in Motion” in 2016 by the “Health and Medicine in Erlangen e. V.” association and Siemens Health Insurance Fund. The concept of AREVA GmbH combines health and sports campaigns. Among the highlights are physiotherapeutic measures for the spine, body exercises as well as ergonomics consultations.

The “Company in Motion” network in Erlangen supports regional companies with their sustainable health management. To receive the annual award, the participating companies need to have a proven track record of successful corporate health management projects. A total of 19 companies from the region were honored for their commitment.

Setting of the terms of AREVA S.A. and NewCo capital increases

Approval granted by the European Commission for AREVA capital increases, with two preconditions
