Personal Data

If you simply visit our website and do not send us any questions via the contact button, nor use the Job Search or Talent Pool, then we do not collect any personal data, except for the data submitted by your browser that allows you to visit the website. This is as follows:

Our website uses the XiTi (https://www.xiti.com) measurement method belonging to AT Internet in order to determine statistical values regarding the use of our services. The aim of the audience measurement is to statistically determine intensity of use, number of visitors to a website and browsing behaviour, and to evaluate the attractiveness of our website and improve its performance or content. Disclosure to third parties

Data shall only be submitted to public institutions and authorities if required by national legislation or if disclosure is required in the event of attacks on our network infrastructure in order to take legal action.

Where it is necessary to respond to your enquiries, process your orders or gain access to certain services or information, this data will be submitted to other companies in the French AREVA Group and possibly used there for this purpose.

In order to process your data, we partially use AREVA Business Support SAS, headquartered in France. We have commissioned the above in writing for this purpose. With regard to your data, this service provider is bound by our instructions and is regularly inspected by us. It will not disclose this data to third parties.

The Job Search and Talent Pool are operated by a third party (Oracle Corporation, Avature GmbH) on behalf of AREVA GmbH and AREVA S.A. The third party will receive the data listed under “Personal Data” by activating the aforementioned functions. This occurs regardless of whether you register/log into the service provider or submit your data to the Talent Pool. With regard to your data, these service providers are bound by our instructions and are regularly inspected by us. They will not disclose your data to third parties.

Security

We use technical and organisational security measures to protect your stored personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss or destruction, or access by unauthorised persons. Our security procedures are continually enhanced as new technology develops.

Responsible party

AREVA GmbH, whose contact details are listed in the legal disclaimer, is a service provider within the meaning of Article 13 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and responsible party within the meaning of Article 3 (7) of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Right of access, deletion, revocation

You have the right to access the information about your stored personal data, its origin and destination, and the purpose of the data processing at any time and free of charge, and you also have the right to rectify, revoke, or delete such data. You can withdraw consent granted for the use of data at any time.
